Latte and hot chocolate drinks were great hot and very tasty. Dog friendly brought her out water and treats without being asked,cheese on toast very nice good portion and lots of cheese on it staff very helpful and friendly well worth a visit.
Being on the town square Leeds House is right in the middle of lots of Otleys town events and frequently show themselves to be incredibly unfriendly towards children and adults at such events. Otley is a fantastically welcoming place and it’s a shame to see this kind of attitude
Looks like a nice place. Ordered 2 jacket potatoes with tuna. It smelt funny when it came. Tuna,was funny brown colour, potato was funny colour inside and smelt weird. All looked off. Tasted a smidgen of tuna but not enough to tell taste really. We said it wasn't right and we didn't want another making. They gave us the drinks free. Heard them discussing they don't sell enough tuna so will take off menu.

So disappointed with the food for the price I'm lost for words I honestly thought how lovely does this place look on the outside very cold on the inside atmosphere wasn't the best two men being overall loud the lady who served us was super nice that's the only upside to my experience you could make better food at home.
