Hatties Kitchen serves nice food for a garden centre. The carvery is generally good and the place always has a nice atmosphere as it's often busy. The format is pay at the till with table service. The scampi and chips were great but the kids sausages were a little over done on our last visit. Staff are friendly

Never seen the café so busy! Had a vegetable soup. Very disappointing; watery and lacking flavour. Made me think of soup that, rightly or wrongly, is seen to be served up in institutions. Followed up with a scone. Very large, but too crumbly and not keen on the vanilla flavour within. Needed more jam than the one packet. The latte was fine. Service was good and a pleasant buzz about the place. I would stick to a toasted tea cake in future (sold out on this day)!

Looks lovely on revamp....not sure on entrance/exit....just seems a bit cramped through the shoe department. Love the table service 😍

Feeling ripped off. Sausage and egg sandwich and a coffee £10.17. Very small tea cake that was stale and breaking up tasteless sausage. Even the cheap brown sauce sachets didn’t add flavour. My advice is give it a miss and go to the cafe in Wilsden or the butcher’s down the road for great sarnies

Nice food. Well priced. Gluten free options. There is an assumption you know what to do but a quick word with the counter staff sorted that and they were very friendly.
