Food was ok! and customer service was great. The only downside is that the food was lacking that extra flavour and was exceptionally bland in some areas especially the chicken in black bean sauce. The salt & pepper chicken could do with extra onions peppers etc. I would return but won’t rush back.
Really good takeaway. Ordered for the first time last night - used the menu added in photos 6 years ago and it seemed accurate. Food is good value, large portions. Excellent crispy shredded beef! Parking is a bit of a mission but it was ready to pick up in 10 minutes as they said on the phone. Take card or cash payment but pick-up only.
Hong Kong Supercook 2 is hands-down my favourite Chinese takeaway in Otley. The food is always delicious, but what I really enjoy is the fast-paced atmosphere – the shouting and back-and-forth between front of house and the kitchen is all part of the charm, and it’s a delight to watch it all unfold while you wait. The team work brilliantly together, and the phones never seem to stop ringing early on a Saturday! I’d definitely recommend calling ahead to place your order, especially at busy times. Cash is king here, though credit and debit cards are accepted – just be aware there’s a minimum spend for card payments.
