A huge thank you to Sarah again . You were brilliant with our eldest daughter as she needed 1 ear re piercing again. Today our youngest daughter got her ears pierced and once again you were incredible. You spoke to them both on levels they could understand and made it a lovely fun visit for them. Oscar of course was wonderful, offering his lovely calm cuddles and reassuring them in his wonderful doggy ways.

I would certainly recommend this place for anyone who wants their nails done. It is a great place also for massages and pedicures. Lovely friendly staff and a great nail salon for Otley.

Absolutely love it here at Beauty Box! I go for my nails doing with the gel over my natural nails and they take such great care of my natural nails whilst doing it! The girls are so lovely to talk to and most importantly the prices are Fab too! My favourite place to get my nails done by far :)

I went to Beauty Box for a full leg wax with Niamh and can highly recommend her. She did an absolutely great job, she was very thorough and I can honestly say this was the best wax I have had in a long time. 5 stars and I will definitely go back to her when I am next in Otley. Thanks Niamh!

Paid for my wife to get her nails done as a birthday treat. She loved it - said the girls were really friendly and her gel nails were perfect for our holidays.
