Having recently purchased a car from Denton Cars Otley, I would like to thank everyone for making it such a pleasant experience. My thanks go especially to Paul who was friendly and very helpful throughout. Post purchase I called in with a very minor problem, which was attended to most efficiently. I’m enjoying driving my Hyundai I10 Premium very much and would have no hesitation in recommending Denton Cars.
Very happy with the Touran we bought from the Otley branch in February. I felt unpressurised and supported throughout the transaction by Paul, and reassured by the 3 month unconditional offer to fix anything that went wrong post purchase, a promise we made use of with a very minor problem. Our car is top notch, and seeing the other cars on offer it was clear that Denton are very selective in what they offer for sale. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again
Recently bought a car from this garage and they are top quality. Really clean car at a good price, and Paul was better than you could of asked for. Offered to replace some tyres on the car before i even asked and gave me a good rate on my car that I was part exchanging. Would definitely be back and would highly recommend.
We went and looked at a used car at this garage on bank holiday Monday of this year. I was greeted by Paul when we walked in and he made us feel so welcome. No pressure to buy a car was put on us, in-fact it was the opposite ! We collected the car 5 days later on the Saturday and I have to say that the whole process was the best we have ever had. Nothing was a problem during the week leading up to collection the car. If you’re looking for a car I would recommend these guys, you won’t regret it 10/10. Cheers Paul we love the car !
My uncle purchased a car from here. Was amazing service. My uncle is a carer for his disabled brother and James delivered the car to the door for him to make it easier. Never received this type of customer service before so had to write a review. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend using this garage to purchase a car.
