The reception team at the Chevin Medical Practice are extremely empathetic and kind. They listen to patient's needs and assign the correct help. They are always willing to listen, are friendly and helpful. They do everything in theor power to help all they can. The GPs at the Chevin Medical Practice are also wonderful, their 'bedside manner' is gentle and knowledgeable and they encourage patient input, to assign the correct treatment. I have always been very happy with this practice and send a huge thank you to all involved.
Thanks so much for the care snd attention you gave to us following my husbands recent illness. Dr W went above and beyond and we appreciate her professionalism and care . 17 years since we joined Chevin Medical centre and so pleased we did! Yes there are occasions when there’s a long queue on the phone but the wait is worth it for the care received . Thanks
Following an acute ,serious medical incident that resulted in a hospital admission i was discharged into the primary care at Chevin Medical Practice. For the following visits I can only praise the team at the Practice for their fantastic support. Staff listened and supported my health concerns. I am confident that this will be maintained over a period of time. Thank you.
Absolute joke, I've never had as many problems getting medications. It's a lottery to whether it'll happen. I was frustrated that I'd been lied to again by a doctor and asked to stop shouting!!!! I wasn't shouting or raising my voice. I can't run around getting pain medication every week. I'm trying to join another surgery, I'd be happy to travel to Harrogate to my old surgery than put up with this.
You have to die before they will give you an appointment!! Even then it will be a four week wait for your appointment. First you will be told to go online, I did that and it said contact the doctor directly. The receptionist Said I must call 111 because the doctor cannot do anything for me !!! An absolute disgrace of a surgery.
