Couldn't recommend this surgery more. Both the reception and prescription teams have gone out of their way to help me, showing genuine concern and care. They're doing incredibly difficult jobs under immense pressure - many of the problems patients face are due to wider challenges in the NHS, and shouldn't be blamed on staff doing the best they can. I've had challenges at previous GP surgeries due to my disabilities but I'm so grateful to now be at a surgery that truly listens. Thank you!
Lower than my previous score! So far nothing remotely impressive about this practice. Been waiting for an ENT appt. for 6 weeks. A doctor from Bramhope rings and tells me I should've been with him this morning......but no call, voicemail, email, or letter from the surgery to tell me I had an appointment. Useless. Still happy to send me flu jab reminders, shingles jab reminders, COVID reminders, and bowel cancer reminders though. Oh, and blood pressure reminders. Just do your job please!!
I came to the practice today with an emotional support dog, as my friend had an ENT appointment and I can struggle with anxiety in medical settings. Your receptionist could not have been more welcoming or kinder to all of us. She reassured me that emotional support animals were welcome and even provided a biscuit and water for my buddy. Thank you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.
Was at a different surgery for my entire life, but was recommended to come here. Only had 1 dealing with a ( locum? ) doctor, and wasn't listened to, was talked over, and referred for a procedure I don't want. Receptionist probably the rudest person on the planet. In all honesty I don't expect much these days, and I wasn't disappointed. Hopefully Charles St. is better, but I guess you're not given the choice .
Got to be the worst practice I have ever experienced, And they put this most ridiculous system in e consult form I feel for the elderly who have not got internet or experience online. Thank the lord neither me or my wife have to experience that unorganized and unprofessional surgery again.
