The doctors, nurses & secretaries go above and beyond to help you, as well as you usually getting seen within the first 10 minutes after your appointment time. The only downside is that there seems to be a fault with the phone service, any time i ring up and I’m say 8th or 9th in the queue, if I’m in the phone queue for more than 30 minutes, even if I’ve got down to number 2 in the queue, the phone disconnects at exactly 30 minutes every single time so i have to call back up and end up at the back of the queue- a technical fault they might not be aware of maybe?

Amazing reception staff. So kind and helpful. Clare helped me today, she was sympathetic, caring and just lovely. She really does care about patients and she goes out of her way to help. I can’t thank for enough for all she did for me.

Terrible service and neglect of an old ill lady. She was told to stop calling and couldn’t see her doctor. No one follows up on tests and ongoing treatment, she’s been left to cope and basically treated like a nuisance. Not a caring soul amongst you. Update appears they have a locum doctor who is extremely rude and tells lies to her colleagues. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the doctor.

The worst surgery ever! The receptionist team are useless and quite frankly give you mixed signals when your phoning up about personal matters! During the pandemic doctors haven't done anything to help the actual sick or dying patients never in the history of mankind have we had to deal with a virus that isn't actually that bad! Nobody can have access to proper care because it's all over the phone.. how can one diagnose someone over the phone. When are doctors going to help other health care workers who have to deal with this virus hands on! Ridiculous
