It's one of the most difficult things, loosing a loved one. From the very first phone call, we knew that we were in the safest hands. Rob and Sue make a fantastic team, they handled everything with so much compassion, grace, professionalism and kindness, they made the planning of my dads funeral, simple, easy, and smooth & every interaction was a pleasure, even while we were in the midst of navigating our grief. The amount of care, diligence, and respect they showed my dad while he was in their care, and particularly on the day of the funeral, it was really way beyond measure, they even took the time to get to know my dad, and let everyone know about the wonderful man in their care, and there were so many other kind gestures and touches, they really go above and beyond.
