Our experience of Good's Funeral Directors earlier this month was impeccable. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard and Sharon from the Otley team, who went above and beyond the expected to provide a sensitive, personal and dignified service. You made an incredibly difficult and traumatic time a little easier.
We have just used Good's for the funeral arrangements for my mother in law, following a recommendation from another family member. We have been very happy with their service from start to finish, and everything ran very smoothly. In particular we would like to thank Sharon, who was very accessible and dealt with our many queries with efficiency and understanding. She made what is naturally a stressful and upsetting experience as trouble free as possible. Our thanks also go to Richard for his help and professionalism throughout, and are very happy to recommend Good's Funeral Directors

I felt my beloved sister was looked after with respect and dignity throughout, making a difficult and emotional time much easier to cope with.
