Came in unannounced as needed to change my wheel and didn’t want to wait for AA, helped me straight away, very nice and warm staff would recommend
Went in to get a temporary repair to get home, we visited the garage just after a road accident and he started on my car straight away and within 1 hour we were able to get home. The mechanic could not do enough for us in our hour of need. I only recommend a business when they go above and beyond and his customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend this garage to all.
Car wouldn't start, suspected battery had failed. Called Shaws and found them very friendly & helpful. Was able to get a new battery installed and the car checked the very next morning. Very happy with the level of service and response time.
