Wormald Garage

Wow what service!!!.We we’re looking for a little car for our Grandson to learn to drive in and Jack found us a brilliant one ,he even delivered it to our house .He did a full service and got it through its MOT at no extra cost to us . The car is 10 years old and it dropped a little oil from the sump plug but Jack sorted it out straight away and told us any more problems just to bring it back .It was definitely a five star service we received ,our Grandson just needs to pass his test now . I have been taking my car to Wormalds Garage for many years. I had a brief period where I took it to a different garage as I moved, but have returned to Wormalds even though it is more difficult. They are honest, straightforward, pleasant and reasonable. As a woman I find that garages can be patronising but at Wormalds they look me in the eye and talk to me as though I have a brain. 10/10 from me!

Google comment can be deleted Before Wormalds Garage OSR wheel nut has no damage, no rounded off and no weld to the hub. The wheel nut is only over tightened. (Fig.1) Technician had no mention how to loosen a nut, e.g. extending wheel nut wrench or etc - Is it a violation of Customer Right Act 2015? After Wormalds Garage OSR wheel nut has been damaged and rounded off. It has been welded itself to the hub. The OSR wheel alloy has been scratched and damaged. (Fig.2) I believe the craftsmanship is not good enough to solve the problem. The situation became worse. Finally, I needed to pay another garage for solving it and the wheel alloy is required to be changed. If you don't mind giving him your beloved car for trial and error, you might as well give it a try. This garage has fallen into my BLACKLIST!

I've taken my car for an MOT and service today. My car feels very smooth now and is running so much better. I also found their price to be reasonable too. I would highly recommend this garage and will be using them again.
