A groupon voucher brought me to Lyndsay and Esquire Hairdressers. A highly experienced hairdresser in colour, cut and styling. She just gets it!!! Love the location...in fact im just looking out of the window at life in Otley with parking near The Courthouse...£1.50! Love the chats and honesty about what my hair needs!!! Great place to unwind and have youre hair done, forget the kids, dogs and husbands...in that order !! No negatives ... come try for yourselves

I got my hair coloured, full head highlights and cut from Lindsey and I am really happy with the results she gave me exactly the colour that I wanted. She was really friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be coming back for my touch up! Thank you so much

i was booked in with a lady called Lindsey, she came over with a face like a slapped but on with a rude attitude towards me and as a paying customer i feel that customer service is very important never mind customer service just not being nasty to customers, this lady was rude! i will never come back.

The worst hair salon I have ever visited!! I was there a while ago and I got a groupon for highlights. I felt that the owner was very rude. I’m an introvert and I went there to do my hair and just that, not to talk about my life but she kept asking me personal questions with everyone else around listening to my answers. I felt extremely uncomfortable! She charged me extra for long hair but I only had my roots done! The groupon stated that hair is done by a professional but half of it was done by apprentice! An awful place and owner. It’s the place I avoided since.

Had done my Keratin with £75 and just after one wash my hair became same and frizzy. The lady was really nice. But had a really bad experience with Keratin. Just few days before my wedding :(
