Booked this hairdressers to have my hair put up for a wedding. Travelling from Middlesbrough I had no idea what to expect. What a lovely lady, very friendly great advice lovely hairstyle was so pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend :)
Brought my mum for day out in Otley, notice on door stated appointments available today. Went inside to ask lady if anything available, Who was extremely rude and dismissed us stating “nothing today” whilst making a unpleasant face to my mum. Clearly not a friendly nor welcoming salon. However was friendly with other client in salon only difference was we were of ethnic origin. Such an upsetting experience for both myself and mum.
Such a lovely atmosphere in this little yet busy hair salon. Sophie worked wonders on my hair. Couldn't be happier. So reasonably priced too. Highly reccomend this salon x
Suzanne is excellent at cutting hair. Very chatty and nothing is too much trouble for her. Great experience
