I called in at BP Otley today to fill up my motorcycle with E5. It was an eye watering and absolutely diabolical £1.99.99 a litre! Regular E10 was £1.47.9. Theirs is no logical reason to charge almost £2 for a litre of petrol. What an absolute rip off.
Walked in to the shop earlier today behind another customer who was not wearing a face mask. At least two other people in there not wearing masks, one of whom was clearly a friend of the till operator as they were standing together chatting. When I queried why nobody was asking people to put on a mask , I was told "We can't make people wear them (yes you can) and we just need to take people's money". Tried to call the manager later to be told he was 'unavailable' Great work in helping to stop the spread of COVID.
Selling vapes that have flat battery's. Maybe not flat.... but 20 mins, no good
Never met such offhand service and totally unhelpful Not a nice garage to deal with not helpful in any degree Never use again
