Thank you to Althems Otley team for your help and advise on a city break that I was unsure about. I've always wanted to go to Marrakesh but had a few reservations. The time and patience spent explaining about e.g reservations, transfers needs for my requirements etc from Claudia went above and beyond. My queries and anticipations has now turned into excitement and looking forward. Thank you for your knowledge and kindness and all your friendly faces.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving the Althams Harrogate Team a call before going to any other travel agents. We had very specific requirements as well as Disability needs, and were tied tightly to specific dates. Finding the perfect package for a very special holiday in Thailand wasn't easy, but they took the stress away. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient and they pulled it all together perfectly. We had a lovely family holiday, making memories. Thanks to Julie, Danniella and the team.
