I love this bookshop. I live in London, but whenever I'm visiting family in Otley I just have to make a trip here. There's a wonderful selection of adult and children's books - I'm always able to get something lovely for my one year old. I just placed an order over the phone to be delivered to family in Otley, and the staff are so lovely, efficient and helpful. A must visit!

I used to often shop here when it was 'Just Books' and they had the loyalty card with discount. Rarely get to visit Otley these days, however when Mrs mentioned of a couple of books she wanted for xmas I thought I would try here. Rang them & yes they could get those books. 2 days later got a text, books had arrived. Went in at weekend to collect & found 2 more for her, both discounted, and 1 for myself! Really happy with the service and will try this shop in future, and call in when am in the town. Excellent.

Amazing bookshop - great selection of books and really friendly staff…loved the book choices available in the fiction section. Will definitely be back!
