Avoid this store for your Evri service. Worst ever!! I remember a few years back I was told to search through a big box for my Evri parcel. Me and another lady spent ages rummaging through the box again and again. I left with my parcel in my hand but vowed not to return. I delivered a parcel to this horrible store by mistake. Again, I had to repeat the same procedure. Complained to the store owner. He said 'nobody complained for the past 4 years only you. If you are not happy go somewhere else! Or have the parcel delivered to your address.' He is such a liar! Please see photos of just a few reviews. The review of this store has a few bad reviews related to the same issue and apparently he didn't care and carried on doing the same thing! Parcel dumped in a heap like this without any security measures. It's not acceptable. If they don't have the facilities to sort through the parcels they shouldn't have been offering the service. Complained to Evri as well. Avoid this shop!

Always fab service and super friendly. Parcel service is a life saver- they clearly display the hours that the service is available along with the opening hours for the shop itself, and the close over lunch. They’ve always been super accommodating and we’d be lost without them.

Poor service, it's like anything to do with Evri is an inconvenience to them. 4 times I've been in for Evri related stuff and 3 times I've left without getting the job done. Once it was past 6PM and they wouldn't accept my parcel. Once they told me the parcel was too long and to go back the next day as they didn't have room and once I called to collect a parcel when they opened at 7.30 and they told me parcel collection doesn't start until 9. I walked in the store and happily announced good morning to them and there was no response whatsoever. There was literally nobody else in the shop and my parcel was right in front of me. The one successful time I managed to collect a parcel was the middle of the day and the guy in the shop just grumbled at me to search through all the parcels and find my own. Lived in the area for over 50 years and this is the worst service I've had from the store. Mr. Singh previous to this was a lovely guy. I'll avoid using them for anything in future, I just don't get how people manage to run a business being like this.

I began coming here almost on a daily basis when COVID hit as due to the danger of the virus, I needed a quick, safe, and easy way to get supplies without putting myself or my Grandma at risk. Ever since I've been there, I've been treated very kindly, I always have friendly conversations and interactions with both of the owners. I have always found exactly what I need at short notice, so if you're in Otley and need some food, or maybe some batteries, consider popping in! For the owners, thanks for being so good to me over the past three years.

This store was formerly known as Westbourne Convenience Store operated by a family for decades. It was sold in 2021 to another family who operate with the same hours with a posted rest period miday. The current owners have expanded the business having more items for sale and even a parcel drop of and pickup service. The current owners are very popular and i personally have known them to enquire when regulars have not appeared for a few days. I know the owner has personally gone to visit, taking items at cost to himself out of concern for his customer and even taking a cooked meal. I have seen the owner rushing out to catch an elderly customer that dropped his wallet in the shop and went 500 meters to catch up. The owners are an asset to the local community with their honesty, integity and respect for all who enter their store, including those having a bad day.
