Bought some bunk beds, but significant wait time. Requested to cancel the order which was agreed to without fuss but no refund and no response to emails since. Definitely a sham company DO NOT USE

Room to grow have possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I placed an order for some under the bed storage for my son’s room on 1st May and I have not received it nor has it been dispatched. It is now the end of June. I was told it would be delivered within 20 working days but nothing has materialised. I would be giving this company zero stars, but it won’t let me. Appalling. Please do not buy anything from them. They’ve just taken my money and have no interest in sending the product I have paid for. A total disgrace!
