I rang this morning and spoke to Andy. What a very pleasant greeting I received. Calling ito the store shortly after, the positive experience continued. Andy was extremely polite and helpful, providing excellent advice. He certainly sets the standard for exemplary customer service and I do hope this is recognised by his employer. Thank you Andy.
