I have had excellent service - although I didn't buy the watch from him the jeweller offered to send it back for repair and took a lot of trouble on my behalf. I hope this local firm gets the support it clearly deserves. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Rory offers excellent customer service and my family has been using his expertise for many years. He has a wealth of knowledge and can answer any Qs relating to looking after or purchasing jewellery. His valuations are so accurate, well presented and value for money at 1% of the valuation or £20, dependant on the value of the item. (He advises to keep these estimates up to date for insurance purposes, to reflect your current value). I would highly recommend the ethical jeweller in Otley as Rory’s customer service and customer care is the reason we keep returning and are happy to support our local businesses.

Called in today on the off chance of getting an item fixed. It was repaired onsite instantly at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much it meant a lot.
