DNA Audio

After weaving through the outskirts of Leeds, my sat nav took me directly to DNA Audio. I didn't expect the amazing array of equipment in the two perfectly designed listening rooms from the external appearance of the building. After a brief chat, I had to wait a few minutes while the staff dealt with some other customers who were listening to an amazing performance in one of the rooms. The service was then quick and efficient and we jockeyed over the pricing for a few minutes after which, I left with my new Linn Klimax purchase a very satisiied customer. During my visit it was good to compare experiences with various HiFi over the years and be involved in a discussion with such a knowledgeable member of staff.

Great experience at DNA. Was met by Darren who was very welcoming and accommodating with no sales pressure but always happy to talk. Lovely shop with all the top British brands on show. Worth the 5hr round trip!

I would like to thank Darren/Simon for rectifying a problem I had with one of my speakers before Christmas and then installing a different amp to my music system. DNA Audio are very reliable and knowledgeable regarding HiFi. Would recommend them anytime. Thanks again.

Very helpful staff helped me find a replacement record deck. They setup the deck, fitted the cartridge and balanced the tone arm for me and then repacked the deck for me so home instillation was incredibly easy. They have two good listening rooms and a car park. I am delighted with the Rega Planar 3 Eco that they recommended. I would certainly go again if I needed to replace anything else and chat to them about my needs and budget. They also responded very quickly to the e-mail messages I sent before my visit

I have just purchased a pre loved Rega Elex r from DNA Audio. From the first phone call with Darren at DNA regarding the amplifier I knew I was being listened to and guided by someone who cared. Excellent service, price and the amplifier was as exactly as described. I will not hesitate to deal with DNA Audio again.
