Had to stay at short notice following an Airbnb catastrophe. Louie was so welcoming, funny, relaxed and really really helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The vibe is very homely and low key, there's no bells and whistles, just simple, clean and well equipped rooms, and a lovely host! Would stay again.

We called in for some food in between concerts at the church around the corner. The staff were very honest about a slight wait for food. The food was delicious and the member of staff was very accommodating at giving me a takeout container as it was quite a big portion. Hope to visit again!

3 of us called in for a drink after a having a fabulous night at the Courthouse. Ordered our drinks and sat down, after around 20 minutes the bell rang and so we decided to have a last drink before heading home. When we got to the bar we were told the bar was shut and that was the bell for time, despite there not being a bell rang for last orders. We were then told by the quite frankly rude barmen that they usually go to each table to tell the customers it's last orders, but decided not to for some reason. We will not be returning, and I think possibly a training course in customer service would be beneficial to the 2 people serving the bar last night.
