Absolutely love every single second at the studio (even if my face doesn’t always say it when Hanna says ‘…and hold!’!!). Hanna and Samantha are truly the best, most welcoming, encouraging & supportive teachers. I love that every session is different (even when you go nearly every day!) & everything can be adapted for individual abilities. Plus it all takes place in the most beautiful studio with the most high quality equipment - everything you need for calm… or spicy!! I cannot recommend the studio enough - come, it’ll change your life! 🧘♀️
What a fabulous studio! Both the mat and reformer classes are fantastic, and the events add an extra special touch. Hanna and Samantha are so welcoming and create such a comfortable, supportive environment. The studio itself is a gorgeous space. I love that I can completely switch off, focus on myself, and leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such a lovely calm space with fun and challenging reformer and matt classes. Hanna is great, she always pushes you and scales the movements to make sure you get the most out of the class. This is my new favourite place to work out!
A beautiful studio with two wonderful instructors! The classes are varied and they provide plenty of options to cater for everyone. I also love the events they host - they’re a great way to try something new!
My first time here and I was felt so welcomed, Hanna the instructor was so helpful and lovely, the class was amazing and the studio is gorgeous. I’ve already booked more classes to go again! I’d definitely recommend :) x
