Had my van mot here very professional staff top job.

Rang up enquiring a new part to be fitted on my car 2 weeks ago, the receptionist spoke to the mechanic, who confirmed he’d be happy to do the work (upgraded clutch replacement), we got everything booked in and I have been waiting 2 weeks (with my car getting worse by the day) to have the garage ring me to say they’ve changed their mind 3 hours before I was supposed to drop my car off. Very unprofessional - especially since they knew all the details and the work that would take place. I’d have rather been turned down 2 weeks ago as now I have to start from the beginning again

This is a great garage. Always helpful. Great service.

Bought my previous car from here over 2 years ago and they did required work for its MOT so nice to be remembered on this visit with new car for its MOT. Would highly recommend anyone to go here for any future work. Be aware though they are very busy so book in advance. Worth it.

Went to have my Wipers seen too as they only worked on a faster speed, I got a courtesy car which I'd booked over the phone and it turned out to be the motor on the wipers on my car, to cut a long story short they fitted a wiper stalk which I didn't ask them to fit in the first bloody place I only give them the spare part if that was the problem but it wasnt it was the motor and asked for me to pay £20. Now then they have forgotten I put £10 worth of petrol in the courtesy car which made it to a full tank as to what I used and they asked for the courtesy car back for another customer and where was it the following day on the forecourt up for sale.
