Called in as the pizza shop was rammed, ordered chicken burger and chips. Them chips were the tastiest I’ve had in a long while. Couldn’t fault the burger.

Fish tasted fine but could easily tell that the chips had been bought in and cooked from frozen, rather than potatoes cut in-house. Tasted like mass produced work canteen chips. This is unacceptable for a proper chippy unfortunately, especially at £9 a pop. Options in the area are limited but would recommend travelling further out for alternatives rather than eating here.

I ordered 4 fish and chips last night, 2 curry sause. they were very delicious, the batter was very crispy and the fish was very fresh, the chips are nice as well, the curry sauce just right, not very hot. will go again definitely.

Went to the fisheries as we where having a look around and it was dinner time. I ordered regular haddock and chips with mushy peas and 2 portions of chips it didn't take long to arrive when I tried the fish it didn't seem fresh and the batter was a bit hard the chips where ok 😑

THE best chips we’ve ever had!!! They’re crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. Almost like they’re a little battered. Curry sauce was perfect too. Thank you
