Awful Pharmacy, Refused me a Covid and Flu jab even though I had booked and was eligible. Booked them again a couple of weeks later and came with a letter from my doctor. They still wouldn't let me have covid jab, apparently they dont do them anymore even though I had booked online and taken time off work to get here. Don't bother, go to somewhere with more competance.
On holiday at my partner’s, left my medication back in Norfolk. Expected to probably get some medication but didn’t know how cheerfully helpful the pharmacist was going to be. I’ve given 5 stars because you can’t give 6!
Every single month there was an issue with my prescriptions. No more, changed chemist to one that had my missing meds in.
I was fortunate to be able to receive my over 75 COVID booster vaccination, today with the very efficient professional staff at this pharmacey today, it was friendly and well organised. Thank you all, as I couldn't get this available in Ripon. See you in the Autumn !
I’ve used this pharmacy today as a visitor to the area to collect a prescription. Sam ( pharmacist) was absolutely amazing I can’t thank her enough for her help today. Best pharmacy I’ve visited and the service was definitely nothing I’ve ever experienced in the West Midlands.
