We were looking for a special present for my birthday. Upon visiting Pateley Bridge and looking in Richards window we saw a beautiful ring. From first entering the shop the service we received from Bertram Richards was excellent and this continued throughout our purchasing experience, having it resized and polished for us and keeping us updated. Thank you for making my special birthday presents purchase such a pleasure.

Honestly such a lovely place, would highly recommend. The lady I spoke to was so lovely and I bought an amber pendant for my mother’s birthday and she adores it. Caught up with said lady today and had a lovely chat. 10/10 experience!
