Excellent facility, it's a huge asset to our community. The staff were really helpful when I wanted to photocopy some craft information and previously when I've printed material from projects I'm involved in. I would recommend using it on a regular basis in order that it can justify staying open.
The library has plenty of books and the staff are really nice but what lets it down is how much it is closed. 9 times out of 10 when you drive past it's closed. The outside of it looks like it needs redoing as well as the inside but this probably won't get done because Barnsley Council probably couldn't give two...
I had to use this library as a guest recently as we don't live in the area but I was so impressed. Such helpful and friendly staff. Can't recommend it more
