A welcoming warm environment from the moment I first stepped in the salon. It was my first time getting a treatment at this salon and they didn't disappoint. I had the deluxe Manicure with gel finish. My manicurist was the lovely Kristi. She was so lovely, professional and engaging and along with a head massage, paraffin wax and sugar scrub and finally beautiful gel nails. I felt well and truly pampered. I will be returning 100% Thank you Spa 493 it was a fantastic experience .
Booked a month in advance for a 45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage (I wanted an hour but this type of treatment wasn’t an option for that duration) to be called a couple of days before to be told the therapist is on long term sick (understandable, can’t be helped) and they wanted to rearrange my appointment. I was fine with this but then once at the salon and having the treatment, it abruptly ended after 30 minutes. I asked the therapist and she said it was in the system at 30 minutes. I showed them my booking confirmation of 45 minutes but was told there was no time available to extend the treatment due to other clients and that it must have been “the systems fault” when the appointment was moved, so what could have been a nice massage left me feeling upset and disappointed and I didn’t get the chance to wind down and came out with just as many aches and pains as I went in with. Maybe if it had been running on time then they would have been able to make up the difference. I am limited with time with a very clingy baby and won’t get the chance to go for another massage for a while now so didn’t get time to unwind and left feeling even more stressed and like I’ve wasted my money. They gave me a loyalty card but I won’t be going back.
Had a fab experience with Maisie yesterday. I absolutely love my pedicure and am delighted with my eyebrows! Listened to what I wanted and I came away very happy and holiday ready! What a lovely relaxing and very comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
I love coming here to get my eyebrows and nails done. The ladies are super friendly and always take very good care of you. Good value and all round great experience every time.
One of the best back, neck and shoulder massages I've had! Chloe was super professional, gave excellent aftercare and tailored the treatment to me. Already rebooked. Thank you again for fitting me in last minute.
