Always a pleasure be at Belle Visage, had my lovely Christmas nails done by Racheal this morning. Mince pies and prosecco was offered - lovely xmas touch. Have a fantastic Christmas girls. Lots of love xx
Really not impressed with the service I got at Belle Visage. For a start I phoned to book my appointment to get some acrylic nails put on and was told by the lady on the phone that they used OPI nail varnish, which they don't. They had very few colours to choose from so I had to go with something I didn't really want. They've got none of the professional equipment normally used like the electric files etc, she used a bog standard tesco nail file throughout and applied the acrylic paste entirely by hand and didn't even file it down after so they ended up all lumpy and bumpy. The ends were all at odd angles and she left them much longer than what I'd originally asked for. She also left the acrylic way too thick at the ends. When she painted them the nail varnish was all streaky and gloopy at the ends and she didn't even put a clear top coat on! Unfortunately I didn't have a proper look at them until I'd left otherwise I'd of definitely complained and asked for my money back! Especially considering they charge £31.50 which to me is extortionate! Was really looking forward to getting my nails done but so disappointed with the end result! Definitely would not recommend Belle Visage for nail treatments!!
Had a lovely back massage and facial, plus to finish off shellac nails. Well worth the money and very professional.
