We recently purchased our home through Mallinson & Co and, from the moment we submitted our offer with Mellony, we received exceptional service. Mellony was thorough, professional, and always kept us updated, regularly checking in with us throughout the process. Alex Jones was an immense help, and we cannot thank her enough. As the process took longer than expected (through no fault of Mallinson & Co), Alex consistently did her utmost to keep everything moving and ensured we were fully informed at every stage. Alex answered all of our queries and was such a great help, I honestly don’t think things would have progressed as quickly without her! A wonderful estate agents with truly outstanding professionals. Mallinson & Co provided an amazing service from start to finish! I recently bought my first home through them and they were helpful, efficient, informative, always at the end of the phone or an email. Mallinson were our sellers’ agent and wow they were so proactive and helpful at every stage. I virtually had them on speed dial because they were working hard to liaise between our agents and myself. (There was poor communication from our solicitors and we all had to push to get the sale completed.) Also love from my brothers in law who ended up besieging the office at 5pm waiting for the money to go through and let us have the keys! They said you were brilliant too! Mallinson and Co were great to deal with! From the initial review of the property with Ben who gave us the highest valuation out of other estate agents in the area, he was very knowledgeable about the area and had clearly done his research beforehand. We know Mallinson and Co’s social media presence is great and Ben talked through the plan with us, even gaining traction before the property had hit rightmove. We sold our house for the price we wanted and are extremely happy with the service, so much so we have now just sold our family home through them aswell. Would highly recommend! We recently sold 2 properties through Mallinson and Co. therefore my feedback covers the combination of both. Valuation, description and videoing for marketing was professional and the properties were well represented. We particularly liked the use of a taster video "coming to the market soon" followed by the video "available now" and also how quickly the properties were uploaded to Rightmove. On occasion, the properties were shown by accompanied viewings and punctual feedback from these was always given. The sale of one property proved more complicated than the other and Mallinsons staff worked hard to progress the sale, to answer queries, provide explanations around legal issues and to liaise with the Solicitors for both parties. Their fee is competitive and it is easy to see why Mallinson and Co are establishing a good reputation in a very competitive market.
