I would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. I have 'tried' to use other estate agents in the Penistone area, however, none compare to the quality of Simon Blyths. Maria is their greatest asset. She can be calm and reassuring, but also leads and gets the project moving. Other agents will sell the dream but no one compares to Maria and team who fully support the sale and purchase of a new home.
