Lizzie was excellent! My partner moved her property to Pennine after a terrible experience with another agent in the area. Absolutely lovely staff and I can always get in contact with someone. I’ve needed the emergency number once and was just as quick and very helpful. I hope all property agents could be as good!! However, I cleaned and was told to take furniture or leave it and the landlord will throw (he didn’t want any furniture) so I did so and am being charged a cleaning fee now so… Besides that… lovely people.
