Would not recommend this garage last time been there I been quote for 180£ for air/cabin/oil filter when I come to pay I been told 238£ I paid to not argument in future sort the price out by the till not the phone. Spoke to my local services normally that price includes diesel filter but if not then it’s 140-150£ be careful with them. Scammers After their service I had to come back and fix the engine oil leak, been told that was not their fault but they manage to fix it, after that garage got braking problems with car. Avoid them

They changed my suspension arms/ wishbones and put on the wrong ones with false part numbers that were quoted on the MOT certificate. When asked to return my original arms they gave me instead arms that belong to a Volvo V70, this being proved by the part numbers. Two proper Volvo garages looked into this for me. The Volvo V70 arms would not fit an S60. My car is still off the road after almost a month. This garage also refused to align or track the wheels. I will never use them again and I suggest nobody else trusts them with their vehicle.

Lovely people and have used them before and was satisfied. Unfortunately, this time took car in, was 6.5 hours to be told they didn't know what it was but said they could start stripping engine or I could take it to dealership. Drove it all way to dealership for them to pop the hood and clearly see a pipe had come loose. 1 minute to fix, very disappointed.

Incompetent older man dealing with customers. Was told theyd ring with prices and i never got a call. I got there the next day and he's adamant he has even though hes saying he didnt know the size for the of tyre i needed. Showing him proof he never rang and shouts he doesn't have to prove anything. Also, when told the day before I couldn't leave it, they told me they won't work on anything someone won't leave. Horrible experience, Incompetent older gentleman, this was my first time going and I won't be returning.

Just been in today for some diesel and there wasn't nothing come out of the nozzle but the meter was still going up, the woman on the counter admitted that they were due a delivery of diesel but still claimed that there was some still left, even though there clearly wasn't and my gauge in the car didn't even move. Another lady had the same issue whilst I was there.Will be complaining to manager tomorrow and never returning
