Fantastic service ...Andy is very reliable, honest, extremely knowledgeable (he explains everything in both technical and layman's terms so you understand what he is proposing to do to fix a problem). Had boiler serviced in October 2023 and he was very thorough and very reasonable. So much more cost effective to use local rather than buying into a company's service plan. Called him out 2 January 2024 and again excellent service sorting out our lack of hot water.
Contacted Monday evening, return call within 30 mins and gave advice on the phone. Came out the next morning and repaired the fault. Excellent service, very reasonable price and would certainly recommend.
Andy came to my house today a new build and he went above and beyond. So anyone in a new build defo needs to service their boiler. Many thanks for the help. Transco came out and upped the gas pressure at the meter box as it was too low. Many thanks 🙏
Would definitely recommend Andy for any plumbing needs. Used him for boiler services, fitting a radiator and sorting leaks. He's very reliable and friendly and has great attention to detail.
Andy really helped me and fitted a call in urgently to sort my Mom's heating control, turned up when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly. Very reasonable price and great service.
