Really lovely staff. We helpful and friendly staff and were really nice to me and my little boy. Got really good advice and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I regret I cannot join with others who have praised this pharmacy. I found them rude and insolent – especially the pharmacist himself. I also felt it very possible that they were a leaky ship when it came to the information they held about about you. When I asked about their privacy policy, no one could answer my question – the assistant who served me did not even appear to appreciate the importance of such a question and simply offered an embarrassed laugh. In my hearing I heard details of medication being dispensed for individuals – and their names were audible. When my script was handed to me, I felt as if I had committed some sort of crime. I will not visit their again. I am seriously considering making a formal complaint their regulatory body.

I’m not from Penistone, only working in the area but I needed to call in today to speak with the pharmacist as I was in some discomfort with my eyes. The level of service I received was of the highest quality. This pharmacy and all who work there should be very very proud of themselves. Fantastic 👏👏👏👏
