All the staff go above and beyond with my old dogs. Louise is a mountain of knowledge and helps in any way she can. Ian in the shop is also extremely helpful. They are always very friendly. Its a pleasure to go there!

Wow what can I say but thank you Louise and Jay. My rescue dog Mia loves going to Pride and Groom for her mud treatment and bath. Today was her day for me to take her but first thing this morning my husband was rushed to hospital with chest pains. I messaged Louise to let her know and she and Jay could not do enough. They collected Mia and took her for her bath and looked after her while I dealt with what was going on at home. Can’t thank them enough. Love everyone in this beautiful family run business.
