The One in the Middle

Description

THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE is a self catering terraced, stone cottage located in the centre of the village of Millhouse Green, in the South Pennines, very close to the Trans Pennine Trail and on the edge of the Peak District National Park.

This well-appointed property provides comfortable accommodation for up to five people.

There are three bedrooms, two double and one single room.

The lounge comprises of a large sofa and two armchairs, is fully carpeted and has a television and radio. There is a small bookcase and coffee table.  The feature fireplace houses an electric stove.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob and extractor, full size dishwasher, microwave oven and toaster. A good selection of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are all included.  There is a table and chairs for four but can seat six and extra chairs are provided. 

Upstairs, the main front bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, full length mirror and a large walk in wardrobe, there is plenty of room for a travel cot.  Across the stairs is a smaller room with a single bed, drawers and another walk in wardrobe.

The bathroom is also on this floor which comprises a bath, hand basin, toilet and a modern electric shower over the bath.

The attic room is another large room with a double bed, hanging rail, drawers and skylight window.  Due to having the original steep staircase, this room is unsuitable for small children and the elderly.

All bed linen and towels are included.

South facing enclosed garden and off road parking to the front of the property.  Well behaved dogs welcome.
