Another piece of the Penistone railway history but is now becoming overgrown. The turntable is only 50 metres away from another historical point of interest, the WW2 tank ramp.
Absolutely loved this place and its a great piece of local history an amazing place to visit especially if your in to history and trains
Interesting structure. Well signposted. Tracks get very muddy though.
