Overgrown, one picnic table in need of replacement. Could be a lovely setting with a bit of TLC
It's not a place that you will find on the international tourist map but if you live local and feel like some fresh air and quite surroundings, then you won't be disappointed as its a very pleasant walk along the riverside and when the Waggon and horses is just across the road, it suddenly becomes a place for a walk before a pub lunch and cold beer.
An out of the way little car park and children's play area - ideal place to stop and visit if you're in Oxspring or coming off the TPT. Quiet, shady and safe for families - didn't see any toilets, though.
Brilliant it was 29 degrees outside so the air con was amazing my 3 Grandchildren had a great time not too busy food good and not over priced well worth going to keep out of the sun
