Sam was extremely helpful and patient guiding me to make a payment on my banking app too save me money,gratefull for her continued support.

My son realised payments were been taken from his account which he hadn't made. As a 19yr old he didn't know what he could do. We popped to the local site and saw a lady called sam. She was extremely helpful and patient and guided us through the banking app to dispute the payments. The issue was resolved and a little more of an explanation from sam on how my son can keep a better eye on his transactions Thank you
