Pickering Dental Health Practice

We registered with this practice last Feb after moving to Pickering. The care we have received has always been excellent however we are upgrading the care I received last Thursday to outstanding. I had a filling fall out Wednesday evening I called the practice and was given an appointment on the same day. The reception staff were very kind and caring as usual. On arrival at the practice I was sent to the upstairs waiting room. The dentist was running a little late and come out of her surgery to apologise. It was not an issue. The care and compassion I received from the dentist and dental nurse was outstanding. My tooth had split in half and there was no option but to have it removed. I have a blood disorder. We discussed the options at length and came to the decision to remove it with advice from my haematologist. All went well. I was under strict orders from the dentist not to leave for a while and had to call my husband to escort me home. The dentist called me in the evening to check on my condition. I cannot thank the practice enough for their care and kindness.

The service I have received this week is outstanding. I am such a nervous patient, yet the reception team Mary &Lauren were great and talked to me so kindly. I had to see Dr Greenstreet who was wonderful with me, so soft and gentle putting a filling in that had come out. I returned today to see the Hygienist Jemima who along with her assistant were just fabulous. I cannot thank the team enough! 💕

I recently chipped a tooth and called for an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and I was seen within a couple of days. The dentist completed the treatment there and then which was a huge relief as I was due to go on holiday. I find all staff friendly and am very happy with the professionalism and care from my dentist. I feel lucky to have an NHS practice in my town. Thanks

Told I had missed appointments they had text to me. Asked them to verify my number and they quoted a number which wasnt and never has been mine. I explained this and was told too late your off our list off you pop. ... one way to get private patients in instead of NHS I guess

Just registered recently with Pickering Dental Health Practice . The staff at reception are very warm and welcoming. Had my second visit in a week to the dentist this morning, the dentist and the dental nurse made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I feel I am in good hands.
