Fantastic service! We lost power to two floors of our home and Steve came out the very next morning. He found the fault within minutes and, although it couldn’t be fully resolved that day (the fault was under the floor in a room that needed clearing), he put in a temporary workaround so we weren’t left without power, then booked us in for the full repair once we had the room emptied. On the day of the repair, Steve arrived first thing and got straight to work. He lifted the carpet, tackled some very stubborn floorboards, and traced the fault quickly. The job also involved replacing a damaged cable embedded in the wall, but Steve handled everything, including removing the plaster, installing the new cable, and even re-plastering the wall afterwards. His workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were fantastic throughout. 10/10 service. Highly recommended, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Steve again.
