A D D Tyre & Exhaust

Had 4 tyres fitted and tracking done on our car while in pickering on our 2 week holiday super quick service and VERY good tyres and has a mechanic i am fussy but she drives spot on, A+++++ FROM Ian

Called by to try and get a puncture repaired. Fitter said he will have a look. They couldnt fix it due to where the puncture was. Which is 100% correct. From here it went down hill, i was asked if i had a spare as they did not have a tyre instock, no offer to help get it from under my van, the van was jacked without axel stands and they expect you to get under the vehicle like it. The Jack wasn't even sitting correctly! Then i found the fitter using an inpact gun to undo the wheel bolts, in itself this is fine, but its very bad practice to undo a locking wheel nut with an inpact gun. And before i could say anything the spare was refitted again using the impact gun. I now have a damaged locking wheel nut, so on top of a £10 charge to jack and change a wheel, i now need to buy a new locking wheel nut and a tyre! Thanks A D D Tyres NOT!

Tyre picked up a nail on my way to work in NY Moors. Fixed immediately, despite the number of vehicles being serviced—and they kindly checked another tyre, swapped in the spare and gave (impartial) advice. Quick, professional, inexpensive and friendly.

While on holiday here in Yorkshire near Pickering we broke down in York and got towed back to site. We rang numerous garages but all were full so couldnt help. We then phoned ADD tyres and the lovely lady on the phone was so helpful and fitted us in. The owner Darren was amazing and while he diagnosed the car and found out it was the fuel pump he lent us a car to get about in and even brought it to our caravan site. He soon had the part ordered and fitted and we got the car back 2 days later 😊 can’t thank them enough as we were really stuck. I would recommend anyone who’s in Yorkshire to use this garage. Thank you to Darren and his lovely wife for all your help we really appreciated all your help 👍

Was passing through Pickering when my exhaust started making a very strange noise. Found this brilliant little garage that fixed my car within ten minutes. The service was great and staff very friendly. A fab price too. Highly recommend and thank you.
