Hague & Dixon

Adrian Morris is acting for the buyers in our transaction as we speak. Communication is poor, emails go unanswered, calls are not returned, even to his own client let alone my solicitor or the estate agents. Apparently he’ll work on the matter at his pace! This means not passing on some apparently simple questions for over a week, despite all parties in a simple chain-less transaction having signed and being keen for completion ASAP. It seems a somewhat obnoxious and old fashioned approach.

Becky and Hannah were acting on my behalf selling a property in York. They have been fantastic, communication has been excellent from them and I would recommend using H&D without a second thought.
