Hays Travel Pickering

It was freezing in a salon I was shivering for 2,5 hrs . Asked to be more blond,came out ash colour,the lady promised that after a week blond highlights will come out,2 weeks now,still dark ash/violet colour.Will ring next week to ask for refund. Although,the owner of the salon was very pleasant.
