Pickering Book Tree

I popped in for a last minute Secret Santa present and ended up spending an hour in there. Such a lovely shop, especially the feel upstairs with an open area for events and original beams. I could have sat in a chair and read a book with a coffee all afternoon. Maybe that's something to consider!? I'II definitely back now my loyalty card has a couple of stamps already.

Great independent book shop. Wonderful choice of children's books downstairs. Upstairs is huge, a great selection for teens and young adults. There's also a decent selection of artists' items.

All new books, very tidy and organised, easily could've stayed all day reading, cuppas, it was well relaxing aura to it! Only thing missing was a section of second hand books to compliment the new ones but I'm being picky. A lovely shop

Beautiful bookshop and really well laid out with good wide range of books and art materials. Very friendly and knowledgable owner. I love a bookshop and this one is well up on my favourite list of those to visit.

Absolutely beautiful book store, with truly warm, friendly and welcoming staff. A true treasure for book lovers, and definitely somewhere I will be returning.
