Rang and ordered some items to be delivered excellent service on the phone and deliver driver friendly and very helpfull

The merchant at Pickering has very friendly staff but if you need anything plumbing wise don't bother. No staff at plumbing counter. You have to try and find your fittings in a help yourself style. When you can actually find the place where they keep what your looking the bin is empty. I wanted three lengths of black soil they only had two. No bung to adapt to waste pipe. It is at best playing at being a plumbers merchant. Go elsewhere for plumbing items.

Grand people with a lot of knowledge and experience, very helpful and friendly- nothing is too much for neither of the workforce! I'm often going in for my bits and bobs,picking brains and seeking advice- highly recommend these guy's'girls!
