Steam & Moorland Garden Centre & Machinery Centre

A really good garden centre with a wonderful restaurant based on a train theme. 2 model locos drive around the restaurant above you while your eating. The Sunday roast is a favourite followed by a mooch around the garden centre. At this time of year they have a wide range of Christmas decorations and gifts. Stop when your passing you will enjoy your visit.

Only visited the cafe for midweek lunch. Had cod and chips in a light beer batter and it was so good that I asked one of the staff to pass on my compliments to the kitchen. Been a few times now and the food is always good, staff friendly

I recently bought a Husqvarna ride on lawn mower from Steam and Moorland Machinary Centre and the service was excellent. I first spoke to them on the telephone about the potential purchase of a mower I had seen on their website. A was offered a great price with delivery included down to East Sussex. I ordered on one day and the mower was delivered to me the next day! Excellent service, excellent communication, and speedy delivery, thanks to all at Steam and Moorland. 👍🏼

Always a pleasure to call in here on our way to Whitby for a cuppa and a snack. Staff are very friendly and polite. Toilets are immaculate if you need to visit.

What a great garden centre, plenty of plants, some a little unusual which you dont get in others and when your done, visit the lovely cafe for a bite to eat or a full lunch, (food excellent by the way). Service is top notch no matter where your shopping here, give it a go guys xx
